Our story began on a thrilling motorcycle cross-country road trip from Chicago to Los Angeles, along the iconic Route 66. It was on this adventure that our founders, Guy and Emily, met and discovered their shared love for food, travel, and each other. The idea for Smash n Dash was born during a sunset stop at the end of Route 66. As the couple sat by the beach, savoring a simple yet delicious burger from a local stand, they realized they wanted to bring that same joy and flavor to others. The concept was simple: create the best smashburgers, using the freshest ingredients, and serve them up fast and with a smile.
